I worked at VITESSE as an intern for 10 weeks, and since the beginning of my internship all the workers at the office helped me a lot. They were always kind, and finding time to help me with the doubts or questions that I had. Also, before I start to work there, they were always responding my emails fast, and helping me with all the questions that I had before starting to work. To work at VITESSE made me grow as an professional, and also taught me a lot about team work and how to provide an excellent customer service.
During my time with VITESSE, I realized that every person in the company is committed to their job and more importantly they are committed to people. Kim and the team really go the extra mile and I’m aware of that. They really made me part of the company during my 3 months here, in which I’ve been invited to participate in staff meetings, allowed to share my ideas, laugh and bond with the team and I also received training to perform as a recruiter.
During my 3 month internship, I have learned a lot, and not only the hard skills, but also the soft skills. Before working here, I was so nervous; however, it turned out that everyone’s been helping me and giving me a lot of support. I love to work with Ms. Kim and the team because everyone is very responsible to their jobs, and we laughed together and helped each other. It was an amazing experience to work with you all.
