Through referrals I was connected with Vitesse Recruiting. I met their recruiting staff and they were so professional and friendly. During the application process, they kept me updated with any progress with the hiring company. This was very different from my previous experience with other staffing agencies, as they only gave me an application to fill out when I came to apply.

The job interview was set up very quickly within a couple of days. After two rounds of interviews with the client company, I was hired on as a Building Engineer with one of the largest real estate and property management companies in Southern California. Vitesse Recruiting really is a top of the line firm. I never expected a staffing firm to place me a job that would be my career. I think Vitesse can provide excellent job opportunities and careers to young college graduates who lack work experience.
